We are happy to work alongside your designated architects and consultants or we can manage the entire project as prime contractor. From conception to completion your designated project manager would work with all parties to ensure the project conforms to all the necessary criteria including.
- All Health and Safety requirements
- Construction Design Management (CDM) where appropriate
- Ensuring site specification and procedures conform to the latest European / Government directives; i.e. disability access, lighting layouts etc.
- Coordination with planning applications and building regulations
Working with the building inspector, fire officer etc.
- All programming and method statements, risk assessments relating to the contract
- Coordinating between contractors, suppliers and client, ensuring that the contract runs to the agreed timeframe and budget.
